Who we are

Sandhills Cleaning ([owner's full name], sole trader, [trading address]) is responsible for your information. Contact: contact@sandhillscleaning.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your name, email, address and postcode, and how we get into your home.
• Details of your home and booking, including any notes and photos you send us.
• Before and after photos we take of our work.
• Payment records (card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us).

Why we use it

• To quote, book and carry out your cleans, and to contact you about them (to perform our contract with you).
• To take payment and keep accounts (legal obligation).
• To check the quality of our work and deal with guarantee claims or disputes (legitimate interests).
• We only use photos of your home in marketing if you agree, and never with anything that identifies you or your address.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business: Google (email, calendar and booking), our payment provider, and our accountant. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records for 6 years (for tax). Photos and notes for 12 months after your last clean, unless needed for a dispute. Key access details are deleted when our service ends.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
